Is Jesus God in the Flesh? What does the Bible say? Find out in less than 5 minutes.
In John 1:1, we see that Christ created everything, is God, and is the Word. At the beginning of John, he equates God with the Word. In John 1:14, it says that the Word (which is God) became flesh, and dwelt among us. In John 1:17, it names him "Jesus Christ". Christ is the only begotten Son, the Word, and He is God. In John 20:28, Thomas calls Jesus God, "My Lord and My God". In 2 Peter 1:1, Peter calls Jesus God saying "our God and Savior Jesus Christ". In Acts 20:28, the writer says "be shepherds of the church of God, which He bought with His own blood." Who bought the church with His own blood? God. Who died on the cross and shed his blood? Christ. Who is Christ? He is God. 1 John 5:20 says, "He (the Son) is the true God". In John 10:30, Jesus said, "I and my Father are one". For more explanation, watch the video below:
